2016 Race Results
COMPETING IN TWO MAJOR CHAMPIONSHIPS – OVER TWELVE ROUNDS – COVERING NINE UK CIRCUITS
Thundersport GB Racing Rounds as part of the RNRM Motorsports Team
These races will be as part of the Royal Navy Royal Marines Motorsports Team, that compete in different classes within the Thundersport rounds.
Round 1 – 5th & 6th March 2016 – Brands Hatch (Indy) Invicta Challenge – Race One – DNF (resulting in not further racing for the weekend)
Round 2 – 27th & 28th March 2016 – Donington Park National – Including Robert Fearnall Trophy (Unable to compete due to injury)
Round 3 – 1st & 2nd May 2016 – Snetterton 200 – Ace of Clubs – Race One – DNS, Race Two – 11th, Inter-Service Race – DNF due to clutch failure. Bike retired for the weekend.
Round 4 – 29th – 30th May 2016 – Cadwell Park – King of the Mountain (Unable to attend)
Round 5 – 1st & 2nd July 2016 – Oulton Park – Including Adam Boyle Trophy – Race One 8th in class (13th overall)- Race Two – 9th in class (11th overall)
Round 6 – 30th & 31st July 2016 – Rockingham International – Thunder at the Rock (Inter-Service Championship Round) – Race One 5th in class (9th overall), Race Two 7th in class (10th overall), First Inter-Service Race – 5th in the Navy Team (13th Overall). Race Three 5th in class (7th overall) new PB of 1:32.284, Race Four 7th in class (9th overall), Second Inter-Service Race – 5th in the Navy Team (10th Overall)
Round 7 – 28th – 29th August – Anglesey Trac Mon – Moto Super-Prix of Wales (Unable to attend)
Round 8 – 24th & 25th September – Donington Park GP (Duke of Donington) – (Inter-Service Championship Round)
Round 9 – 15th & 16th October – Cadwell Park – Championship Finals – (Inter-Service Championship Round)

North East Motorcycle Club Championship
Round 1 – 2nd & 3rd April 2016 – Croft Race Circuit – Race One (PI600) – 4th, Race Two (PI Open) – 2nd, Race Three (PI600) – 4th, Race Four (PI Open) – 3rd, Race Five (PI600) – 5th, Race Six – (PI Open) – DNF due to retirement.
Round 2 – 14th & 15th May 2016 – East Fortune Race Circuit – Race One (PI600) – 7th, Race Two (PI Open) – 6th, Race Three , Race Four (PI Open) – 8th, Race Five (PI600) – 6th, Race Six (PI Open) – 3rd, Race Seven (PI600) – 3rd, Race Eight (PI Open) – 5th. Ending the weekend 3rd overall in the Pre-Injection Open Class.
Round 3 – 8th & 9th October 2016 – East Fortune Race Circuit
